Master bath floors are, so are cabinets.

Master bath floors out, tub stays but will have different deck and facing.

Courtyard is out and ready for the slab. Engineer has to decide if we need a metal beam or not. Hopefully not.

More courtyard. Who knew tumbleweeds could get into an enclosed space like this? All the sliding glass doors will come out. You're looking at the future fireplace & entertainment center.

The tiles seemed to come up easily.

DEMO BABY!

The remains of the kitchen. The sink and dish washer won't come out until the pipes are capped so they don't leak. You can see the empty space where the island was.

The water hose for the fridge leaked for who knows how long. This will have to come out and get mold/funus treatment.

More mold and fungus.

The courtyard (in the middle of the house and soon to be the living room) gets smashed and carted off.
